2. Website delivery and server logs
When you access the website, your browser sends technically necessary data to the web server. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page or file, the referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, the HTTP status, and the amount of data transferred.
These data are processed to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, and detect misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of the website. Hosting and infrastructure providers may receive these data as technical service providers.
Server-log data are retained only for as long as needed for website delivery, security, and incident investigation. The retention period is determined by those purposes and the hosting configuration, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Email and IT service providers may receive these data where necessary to deliver and manage the communication. The data are retained until the inquiry has been resolved and are then deleted unless a longer period is required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Providing information by email is voluntary. Without a usable email address and sufficient information about your inquiry, ETW may be unable to respond.
